Our vision is to expand our business and we are doing that with the help of very good and trained employees. Our new location is larger and more convenient.Our employees work as a TEAM to make tqs inc. a success. Our office staff consists of administrative, clerical and customer service. Our field personnel takes care of all of our customers needs by following finial job specifications. Our business growth can not be reached without trust, loyalty and commitment of our customers. They are the reason for our growth and we look forward to servicing all of customers in the future.

We strive to communicate with all of our customers and understand their needs when it comes to keeping their facility clean. We do this in a number of ways:

1. We provide our employees with all the tools they will need to do the job correctly in the field.

2. Supervisors, we have supervisors out in the field to follow up with our employees and our customers to make sure all specifications are being met.

3. Account Service Representative who is out in the field promoting our services to all of the local companies.

4. Monthly performance reports, these are e-mailed to all of our customers to determine how our employees performed their jobs during the past month as well as responding to all of their comments.

5. Response time, we will respond to a customers concerns immediately, but no later than 24 hours.

6. All customers can call the office at anytime and speak with our operations manager and we’ll address all concerns.
